A block swap is a fun activity for a group of quilters. Everybody sews a pre-determined number of identical blocks which are then swapped among the group members. As a result, every quilter has a set of different blocks which can then be made into a sampler or friendship quilt.

Tomorrow is the big event - 17 quilts from our first International Block Swap will be exhibited at this year's Festival of Quilts in Birmingham. If you are at the show, do come and visit us at stand O12! On the first day, Anke and Johann will welcome you because Jutta is still on the road, but will be at the show from Friday till Sunday.
